Let’s Dive Deep Into the Equine Learning Theory

Horses think and learn differently than humans.

This often leads to confusion and misunderstanding between horse and human and frustrating sessions for both.

At the same time, there are so many myths and strong, opposing opinions out there about Equine Learning.

This workshop will bring clarity and help you to better understand equine psychology. 

Topics of Day 1:

We will explore how horses “learn by-the-way” and how you can use this natural learning behavior to create an easy learning experience for your (young) horse.

Further, we will explore the 4 Quadrants of Behavior Modification, clear out common misconceptions around them and clarify how you can use those 4 Quadrants in a balanced way with your horse.

Topics of Day 2:

On the second day we will dive deep into the 13 Principles of Equine Learning any equestrian should know by heart.

Many practical examples will illustrate those principles so that you can right away take them into your daily practice with your horse.

This workshop will help you to fully understand this often confusing and complex topic, so that you can create a better learning experience for your horse in every single session.
